Leo Wells is a Vegas native and dedicated education professional at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with over 15 years of experience. Holding a Master’s degree in Special Education, he has spent his career supporting students from diverse backgrounds — including first-generation, low-income, and those navigating learning challenges — to help them succeed academically and personally. His work across classrooms, higher education, and family services gives him a well-rounded perspective on helping individuals grow at every stage of life.

As a proud girl dad, he loves Bluey, backyard adventures, and taking road trips with his wife and daughters to explore new places.
